Bought this for Plantar Fasciitis and it really works well. Able to get a very deep stretch into my foot and lower leg. Works a described and is compact and easy to pack with you.
I have terrible back issues. And I have to stretch everyday or else my sciatica kills me but this thing you can use without anybody helping you. That's what the problem I had. I was going to physical therapy. It was being covered by Medicare and then they stopped covering it because they said it was a luxury which is total BS. But this thing really helps when you don't have anybody around to help you stretch wonderful product.
This is a great stretching strap. Love using it to stretch out my tight leg and buttock muscles due to lumbar spine issues. It is certainly helping reduce pain for me.
I’m really impressed with this stretching band! After dealing with plantar fasciitis for three months, I tried this strap and felt relief immediately. It’s lightweight and perfect for taking along when I travel. The quality is excellent and it arrived quickly. Good value for money. The straps provide adequate support. I'm a women size 6 and found it spacious and comfortable to use.
Great bit of kit and very well made. Should last a long time . Bought for hamstring and back of knee pain. Advised to use band bedtime and first thing in morning which definitely relieves problems . This will now be a regular regime to keep muscles nicely stretched so overall very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it .
There's nothing to dislike. I used it for 20 mins and the results were awesome. I have lower back pain and wanted something to help me to stretch farther than my comfort zone. It did that and more. I simply love this strap.
I have extremely tight legs, simple toe touches for me are near impossible and painful even after constant stretching for days. This device does make the hamstring stretches much easier and a little more effective. you still have to work at it and hold for long periods of time but you dont get as fatigued as you normally would without the device and just having the change up has been helpful.
Wow, I love this thing. I have tight hamstrings and glutes, quads etc. i find it hard to stretch because im almost too tight now. this makes life easier, this lets me keep tension on the rope. the foot thing is comfortable, and reversible depend what way you want to stretch. soft. love it!!
I purchased this stretching strap for my personal PT program I put in place for sciatica/lumbar pinched nerve. It is soft , durable, easy to get your foot into. It definitely helped me stretch out and rest. You can easily put one end around a piece of adjustable exercise equipment and make a nice home traction device.
Cheap fix for a big problem. Stretches the facia which will alleviate heal pain.
Okay, I'll be completely honest, I thought it was a bit of a gimmick. I've done similar stretches on my own, and thought even though it'll help, how much better could it be? It took about 10 seconds to realize how helpful and effective this thing could be. The number of different ways to get natural stretching, infective stretching at that, was far beyond what I had expected from such a device. Totally worth getting
I have always had tight hamstrings despite stretching daily. This strap allowed me to stretch well beyond my typical range of motion and I am finally seeing significant improvement in my hip flexors in only 1 week of use. Wish I had this years ago. Well worth the price.
For those of you who are looking for a decent piece of equipment to help with your stretches, this does the trick. I use this strap to stretch my Achilles tendons and hamstrings. So far, I’m happy with the results. And, for the price, you can’t go wrong.

Hands down the best in the market!! It really does what it says. If you need a good stretch band for your legs and feet this is it! Highly recommend. I used it every time after workout or just to stretch whenever I want too.

Use this to stretch tight hamstrings which were exacerbating lower back pain. much safer than a simple strap and very effective.
I tried everything. Massage, foot stretches, supports, walk bare foot, creams etc. Non relief. I did this for 3 min on each foot and the arch pain is gone! I was pulling hard and kept leg straight until I felt it in my hams. Omg this stretch will be addictive!!! Don't wait. Get it!
Love this product. Using this tool to stretch twice per day is making a major difference in my lower back pain. Strong material snd easier to use.
As simple as it is, it really takes stretching to a new level. With tight hamstring problems, this has been great. It makes such a big difference being able to use your arms to stretch. Well worth the pennies.

I use this to stretch my leg muscles, which also helps stretch lower back. To be honest, I'm not very flexible nor are my leg muscles very strong. I've been having issues with my Sciatica and someone recommended trying this to help stretch that muscle. I thought the stretches I was doing before were enough but boy was I wrong! This is a game changer!
Just received this product the other day and it works great for my sciatic nerve. Caused me to-be virtually pain free for hours after I stretched prior to bed. Was pain free when I awoken again and for several hours later. Highly suggest this for anyone suffering from sciatica.
I used a strap like this during PT. So I decided to purchase this one. It is very sturdy and love the color green. I have shared this with other family members. Boy what a wonderful product. Takes my back pain from a 8 to a 1 on a scale 1 - 10. So hard to believe I lived with pain for so long and about 5 mins of stretching with this band takes the pain away. Would highly recommend this product. I have herniated L4-L5, L5-S1, and a torn hip lining.
I have back pain and stretching is part of my PT. This strap allows me to have dull range of motion during each stretch and I can hold the stretch longer which really helps alleviate some of the pain.
Love this! I’ve struggled with stretching due to lower back issues. This has helped me with my stretches and yoga and alleviates some of the pain. Helps expand my range of motion.
I struggle with flexibility and as a result experience some back pain. This strap allows me to stretch my hamstrings, quads, calfs, you name it resulting in a better back. Would recommend for those that need a little bit of assistance in their stretching.

Very happy with this stretching strap. I use it to stretch out both legs and feet as I struggle with plantar fasciitus and it really does the job. It is def worth it! Additionally, I use it for yoga stretches!
