Stretching and physical exercise carry an inherent risk of injury, including muscle strain, tendon or ligament injury, nerve irritation, joint injury, falls, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. This risk cannot be eliminated.

By purchasing and using a Helvoro product, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. You agree that you use the product entirely at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for exercising good judgement about your own physical limits.

You agree to: read and follow all instructions and safety information supplied with the product before first use; stop immediately if you experience pain, sharp sensation, numbness, tingling, dizziness or any unusual symptom; never force a stretch beyond a comfortable range; never use the product on or around the neck or throat; inspect the product before each use and discontinue use if any part shows wear, fraying, tearing or damage; and keep the product out of reach of children and pets when not in use.

The product is intended solely for the stretching and mobility purposes described in the accompanying instructions. Any other use, including use as a restraint, tow line, tie-down, lifting aid, resistance band, or load-bearing strap of any kind, is expressly prohibited and entirely at your own risk.

CONSULT A PROFESSIONAL BEFORE USE

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using a Helvoro product, and particularly if any of the following apply to you: you are pregnant or recently postpartum; you have had surgery within the past twelve months; you have an acute or unhealed injury; you have or suspect a herniated or bulging disc, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis or any diagnosed spinal condition; you have osteoporosis, osteopenia or any condition affecting bone density; you have a joint replacement or implanted hardware; you have a connective tissue disorder or hypermobility condition; you have deep vein thrombosis or any circulatory or clotting disorder; you have nerve damage, neuropathy or reduced sensation; you have a history of dislocation or joint instability; or you are under the care of a professional for any musculoskeletal condition.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

We may accept orders for delivery outside our home jurisdiction. Where we do, you are the importer of record and you are solely responsible for ensuring the product may lawfully be imported into your country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling charges or other levies imposed by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us. These charges are assessed by the destination country's authorities and we have no control over them, no ability to predict them, and no ability to refund them.

Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only and do not include time spent in customs clearance, which is outside our control. If a shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because you declined to pay applicable import charges, any refund will be net of our outbound shipping costs and any charges levied against us.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND FAILED DELIVERIES

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable address at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you, and orders lost as a result are not eligible for refund or replacement.

We are not responsible for loss or theft of a parcel after a carrier has recorded it as delivered. Where a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, we will contact you at the email address on the order; if we receive no response within thirty days, the order may be treated as abandoned.
